Tim Hortons Philippines recently celebrated its second year anniversary at the Marquis Events Place BGC, with a party called Double Double: Tim Hortons Turns Two! Three days before the reception, they also launched their 27th store at the ground floor of Three ECom Centre Bayshore Ave. Mall of Asia Complex Pasay.
President and CEO of Tim Hortons Coffee Services Philippines, Rickie Yap, Jr., said, “Two years since we successfully launched in the Philippine market, we continue to be overwhelmed with the positive response and the demand for more branches for Tim Hortons. We are brewing up a lot of new plans this year in answer to the requests of our customers.”
During the festivities, guests were given a sneak peek of the delectable line of new menu items the Canadian Coffee house will be offering in the coming months. These include their summer treats: Tuna Melt sandwich, Fizz Coolers, Teajitos, and Iced Capp Cream.
Marketing director Stephanie Guerrero shared, “We want our customers to continue to feel the warmth and welcome we give to everyone. We want to be associated with great food, great coffee, and great service. A place people will want to go back to again and again.”
She adds, “Beyond just a store presence, we want to truly be a part of the community where we are at. Whether it is to provide delicious food and drinks, to extend a helping hand to local students, or benefit charities or organizations through major campaigns, our aim is to #MakeYourDayGood,”
It was back in 2017 when the Canadian coffee chain first opened branch in our country at Uptown Place Mall in BGC. From only 26 employees hired in 2016, their family has since grown to more than 500. Tim Hortons is looking to get more than 100 additional staff, and to establish more restaurants by the end of the year.
