♦ 4 tbsp. chia seeds
♦ 1 cup almond milk
♦ 2 ripe bananas
♦ A pinch of Ceylon cinnamon
♦ A handful of chopped almonds
Add chia seeds, and coconut milk in a blender, and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into a jar or wide container, and let it sit. You can place it in the ref. in the meantime.
You can also make this the night before and let it sit in the refridgerator. Take it out when you’re ready to eat it.
When you’re ready to eat, mix in bananas (sliced or mashed) and add some more milk, if it becomes too thick. Mix in some chopped almonds and a pinch of Ceylon cinnamon, if you have.
